Heating checkup
Furnace or boiler inspected, cleaned and safety-checked in November or December. Every furnace tune-up is a 21-point inspection. We call you to book it.
Cooling checkup
A 21-point AC inspection: coil cleaned, charge verified, condensate cleared so the AC survives the humid stretch in July.
Plumbing once-over
Water heater, shutoffs, visible supply lines and drains, checked by a licensed plumber.
Front of the line
When something breaks you go ahead of the queue, and the member discount comes off the repair.

Northland equipment works harder than almost anywhere in the country. A worn part found at the fall checkup is an appointment. The same part in January is an emergency, at night, in the cold, with a truck charge attached.

Monthly add-ons, each one a yearly price spread over 12 payments:
- Additional equipment: +$8 a month ($96 a year)
- Fuel oil deep clean, including oil filter and nozzle replacement for regular wear and tear: +$10 a month ($120 a year)
- Additional mini split heads, cleaned and inspected: +$5.42 a month ($65 a year)*
- Plumbing inspection: +$8.25 a month ($99 a year)
No enrollment fee. Coverage applies to enrolled equipment. Have a boiler instead of a furnace? Ask us about including it in your heating coverage. Base is $14.99 a month for one service category (heating, cooling or plumbing), Deluxe is $23 a month for two, and Premium is $30 a month for all three. Add-ons for extra equipment, a fuel oil deep clean, extra mini split heads or a plumbing inspection are billed monthly on top. There is no enrollment fee.
