How We Got Here

Twelve years in the Twin Ports

Nothing dramatic. A local shop that took on more of the house as it went.

2014

Advantage Air starts serving the Twin Ports

Home base is the shop at 1808 Tower Ave in Superior.

2021

Botten Plumbing joins forces with us

The single biggest change to what we can do. Five plumbers on staff came with it, plus septic and holding tank capability that most heating companies will not touch. From that point one call could cover the whole house instead of just the furnace.

Now

Superior and Duluth

Superior on Tower Ave and Duluth on Matterhorn Drive. More than 5,000 Twin Ports customers served.

Who Turns Up

The shape of the crew

Five HVAC techs and five plumbers on staff, working out of our shop in Superior.

On staff, not subcontracted. Leaks, drains, sewer, water heaters, septic and holding tanks.

How We Work

The parts we refuse to bend on.

Most of what makes a contractor easy to deal with is decided before anybody picks up a tool. These are the ones we will not trade away for a faster sale.

  • The price is agreed before a wrench comes out of the truck
  • Repair and replace numbers side by side, then it is your call
  • We never inflate a price so a rebate or discount looks bigger
  • The recommendation is based on your house
  • If something went wrong on a job, call the shop at (715) 817-4404.

“Very prompt and courteous, explained everything well. We have used a local competitor in the past, and Advantage Air has the extra touch of customer service, including the people who schedule the plumbers. They made a very stressful event stress-free.”
