What the job involves.
This is a Northland service company. In January you will be in cold basements fixing things people urgently need working, and in July you will be on condensers. The houses are old, the systems are varied, and no two calls look the same.
- Furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and plumbing under one roof

What we look for
HVAC Technicians
Diagnostic instinct on furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. Comfortable explaining a fault to a homeowner in plain English.
Licensed Plumbers
Service plumbing across old housing stock, plus septic and holding tank work.
Install Crew
People who care whether the runs are level and the lines are labeled, because we photograph this work.
Apprentices
Willing to learn and show up on time. The trade is short on people and we would rather train than wait.
Dispatch & Office
A customer got specific in a public review about how good our scheduling people are.
Anyone Local
Knowing these neighborhoods, these houses, and this winter is a genuine advantage on this job.
